Caddo Lake is the largest natural lake in Texas. Located on the Texas/Louisiana border it is one of the finest fishing lakes in Texas. You can almost always find something biting on Caddo. I am fortunate to have Henry Carter as my long-time friend and fishing partner. Henry was born and raised in Uncertain and knows the lake about as good as anyone. He has taught me a lot about the lake and locating fish.
White bass, yellow bass, and black bass are abundant on the lake as are redear, bluegill, and goggle-eye. White and black crappie are in abundance, and chain pickeral are plentiful in the water filled with vegetation. It is possible to fish caddo and catch 8 or more different species of fish during the outing.
